Good explanation
@10:05 It discharges AC pulses to ground and send pure DC to circuit, please correct it. And @1.28 the symbols showing is wrong. In SMD the sybols are opposite to normal capacitors.

I have issue with my hp pro book 6550 b laptop
The charging LED was blinking 8 time
When I press power button
Mother board is not turn on
Hp probook 6550b laptop
I did RAM cleaning
Additionally components disconnection
Charger was good
And mother board voltage is 19.45v
