Whirlpool Dishwasher Upper Rack Not Cleaning - How to Fix It - Rambling with Phil

The dishes in the upper dishwasher rack were not getting cleaned and I thought I was going to need to buy a new dishwasher. I figured out what was wrong and was able to fix it. This video shows how I did it.
