My Whirlpool has two pumps underneath that are relatively easy to turn and remove. I am assuming one for recirculation and one for drainage. I found my recirculation pump completely clogged with soggy paper and hair. Definitely led to poor pump circulation/efficiency and prevented pressure getting water to the top rack. Easy fix and giving to my son.

Just ordered a replacement arm thanks to your video. Better than a new dishwasher. Hopefully that’s the fix!!!
