@@n71222000 原作有兩個版本，但初版據說荒謬的地方太多，被罵得很慘，現在常見的是後來為了出版及配合電視劇而刪改的版本。
初版也並沒有直接說炩妃懷的是進忠的孩子，但有提到進忠被處死之後，李玉念在師徒一場，親自去為進忠收斂屍身，意外發現進忠去勢做得不完全，可能還保有生育能力。
考慮到炩妃與進忠的關係，炩妃又曾想借凌雲徹的種來爭寵，如果進忠可以，他們倆一定不會放過這樣的機會。
但按照這樣的思路，炩妃的孩子可能不只一個是進忠的，而歷史上最後是炩妃的孩子成為皇帝，間接暗示永琰的血統可能有問題。這樣一來實在太扯了，所以後來這一段就刪掉了。
