Sorry to bother you but I know nobody else I can ask. I cannot get any audio out of the box and so thought I might need to download Chinese which it appears to be doing for an hour and a half. I remember you said you downloaded a bunch of languages. I was wondering how long does it take approximately to download one language if you did one of the time that is. Also, should I have been able to get audio out of this thing out of the box, because I tried and I tried and I couldn’t get it to do anything. Again sorry to bother you - just wondering if you might have a pointer. Thank you kindly.

I just received this device, and it is not translating for us
Im a U.S. Customs officer. On one plane, I can have Spaniards, Feench, German, and Swiss nationals in random order. How quick is it to switch the "other party" language?
I have not used this for that purpose so I don't have a great answer for you but I remember the interface being slower than I wanted for switching between languages. Once you are in a language everything is pretty good but for your purpose I can see where lightning fast speed would be critical... I think this could probably work but there might be better (faster) options out there.
I can't seem to get the offline languages to download.
Just got mine and the darn thing won't even turn on
I am Indian. Can I get a device that supports two or three languages in my country ?

I made a purchase of the Earbuds M3 on September 12, 2023, through Amazon, Order at a cost of $109.99. Unfortunately, I've encountered issues and haven't been able to utilize this device since its purchase.
Included with my purchase was an Offline Translation Coin Card for permanent use. I've downloaded the necessary files but encountered a hurdle. My screen displays a message prompting me to download the Offline resource pack to enable Offline translation, but the downloads seem to stall.
In my attempts to acquire the Online translation package for a year, I've encountered a roadblock. "WeChat" does not accept and suggests using Alipay instead. Note Alipay is in Chinese. The prompt reads; "Chinese mainland ID users are temporarily unable to add international bank cards. Please switch to Chinese mainland bank card"
I'm seeking assistance to overcome these hurdles and fully utilize this product. Any guidance or support you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

How much Chinese do you know? How fluent in Chinese are you?
I can understand and speak conversational Chinese. I don't read many characters and I would not say I am fluent but good enough to get around just fine in China (I lived in China for four years teaching English).

I got the device and I am satisfied with the translation of languages. Translations are fast and quite good. Absolutely dissatisfied I am with this:
1. Inability to insert a memory card, at least 256GB
2. Inability to install WhatsApp and Telegram and possibly other via Google Market and via APK.
3. Cord stamina and capacity - pitiful. Extremely quickly discharges.
4. Fall and water resistance - none. It didn't matter if it was in the size of a Power Bank. CAP CAPACITY 5 to 10Ah.
5. Impossibility to buy packaging. Very good would be a silicone cover.
6. The device has a problem connecting to hotspots that are free (no password)
7. The ESIM option is very important for travelers.
8. I would welcome the - on/off flashlight button
9. Inability to replace the battery.
If I should evaluate the device, 3 stars out of ten (3/10). In short, not only unusable for me. The manufacturer should think about it. Manufacturers do it for one Brdo and it is unusable for travelers. If it were even more worth, it would probably accept it, if it met the above requirements with the maintenance of other functions that it already has.
