That‘s what I observed because many of these comments are from RUclips channels which have names that sound mostly older. These comments can often be found on popular garbage truck videos because most parents just type in „Garbage truck“ and them play the first video and not search for something specific.

In my neighborhood the scrapers would have taken that stuff long before the city truck got there. what a waste,,, Our scrap guy comes thru every tues nite when we put stuff out.

Complete disappointment....you couldn’t get close enough to watch the toy dump truck get crushed, or have them cycle it again to see how flat the dump truck got
Why is all that metal picked up by a truck that looks like it's picking up regular trash? Extra work at the sortation plant, or worse, it all going to landfill.
We were moving then, and plus this is an extra bonus all of that metal and plastic is getting recycled in a way and getting reused so they sort it from the landfill
All of the metal gets sorted from rubbish and they recycle it

I see someone throwing out stuff who has too much money to throw away when you see people who have nothing makes you wonder what is happening
