I ended it, and then a week later, he returned, we had an argument, and he broke up with me. To stab me more in the heart, he insinuated that he was with someone. But he was breadcrumbing me, ignoring me. I know he works, I work too. But there's a difference between being truly busy and simply being disrespectful. When I told him he disrespects me, his reply was to find someone who will respect me. And that's exactly what I plan to do. Don't wait for him. You said what you said. Yes, you will cry. It will hurt. But you can do so much better!

@sarahmk2966 I think he wanted me sexually, but I don't think there were emotions. His heart is with something else. I am upset that he strung me along. As soon as I started having feelings for him, I told him. And I said: "If this is just short term for you, I need to know now." He was selfish and just wanted his needs met, didn't care if my heart gets broken, knowing well that's how it will be. That's the only thing I am struggling to forgive him. and the possibility that he is married/in long term with someone. He has a right to have fun, to have whatever connections he wants, but not at the cost of intentionally hurting someone. I told him numerous times that it's just fair play I require and effort. But he was too selfish. I hope he changes. If not for me, at least for another woman. Because I don't wish any other woman's heart broken. I don't understand how hard it is to say: I just want fun, no promises, nothing else. It's fair, it's direct, you just give the other person a choice to do what they want. It's true many of us wouldn't want to be with someone already taken. But if he wants to cheat, then he needs to be prepared for being rejected because of his relationship status. What is the point of pretending and hiding?
