I have Lumax 3 in 1 in low beam projector. This is really good for both normal driving with white and blue light as well as really great as yellow fog lamp.
Becaus it is 3 in 1, with LED fog lamp. It makes is best choice. Even in normal driving, yellow light works really good.
You didn't mention Osram. It's a highly recommended brand from the experts.

Led reflective light fails at night when raining. During rain, you can't see anything. Halogen is far better in that situation.
