Yes it is somewhat true as yeah problem kuch jagah pe to hota hai.Mai jab flat mai tha kooch saal to mera yeah problem nahi hua.Probably i was lucky.It can depend from area to area place to place

Hi sir I have 5 inches silver arowana in 5 feet tank with no tank mates my problem is that my arowana get sacred when I go near to the tank so what should I do from which arowana stop getting scared currently I have cover tank by surrounding using clothe so arowana can't see me... Please help me sir I am in a big problem 😢😢
See though have experience with arowana for a limited year or 2 will say it is nothing abnormal about a fish / any new fish being scared in a new environment.Small fishes hide behind woods and rocks when they get scared and we dont give hiding space for aros for there size.Morrover Arowanas have a tendency of getting scared in new conditions.Avoid too high lighting, commotion , to much sound in tank room.Would suggest not to hide it from you with covers, as the more it dosent see you it will not get used to you, so it will keep continuing.Just cover the Top than it dosent come out of tank as they have tendency to jump.Dont keep putting your face absolutely in front of glass which will tend to frighten them.Even my 8" 2 yrs old Ebjd and severums will also do the same if i do sudden movements in front of tank.
Hope u have cycled the tank and water parameters, temperature are also ok.Ols check those.
Would suggest you to consult an arowana expert also just in case i have missed out any point, just for the safety of your fish.Yes its not necessary for a all fishes of same species to have similar character.1 flowerhorn will be super aggressive, some mild and in rare case a flowerhorn being not much aggressive.Arowanas tend to be v shaky initially and they have a tendency to jump and dart around when Tank conditions or Outside Tank environment are not right or disturbing.
Just slowly approach the arowana in front of the tank and see its response.Feed it slowly.Just dont peep and sudden fast movements in front.of tank and try to observe wether any changes.
Just remember you have to be patient and give it time to settle in new environment.In rare cases fishes takes as much as a month to completely get used to a new tank environment.Hope its feeding.How many days have to got it?
@@anisaqua9817 I got fish 1,5 months ago ... First 1 month my tank was in my drawing hall.... At that time he was super relax and not get scared even I go near to tank he was so friendly with me.... But after a month I shifted him in my new tank which was in my bedroom... After I shifted him in my bedroom aquarium this whole problem started suddenly he start getting scared of me.. water parameters are all right.... I am not using tank light.... No tank mates.... Taking feed properly.... Can you help me with that sir why he is scared of me... And how I can help him that he stop being sacred of me.... The reason I covered the tank was that when the tank was open by its surrounding my arowana was got so scared that he started moving fast from one end to tank's another end up and down... After some time he will be at one conner for long time in short he doesn't swim freely so for that reason I covered that by surrounding for his betterment.....
