- I CHALLENGE you to stay at the STRAT for 24 Hours without leaving. Can you do it?
When you come to Las Vegas, we all want to go 100 mph and see as many casinos as we can in a day. But what if I said you had to stay a whole day in one casino, could you do it? The answer is, Of course you can! These aren't only hotels, they are mega resorts and they have so much to do. You can stay in one hotel for a whole day and still be able to eat, drink, entertain, and sleep. And you'll have plenty of options. I hope to be able to do this at many hotel and casinos, so this time we are going to stay at the STRAT, once known as the Stratosphere. They are most known for their amazing views, Top of the World restaurant, crazy rides, bars, entertainment, and so much more. You could do your own 24 hour challenge, but in mine we went to 108 Eats, 108 Drinks, Wedding Chapel, Banachek's Mind Games, Top of the World, View Lounge, LA Comedy Club, and Strat Cafe. Such a fun 24 hours. The mind games show looked like a really fun thing to do before dinner, and a great way to break away from gambling for a bit. That rib eye looked so delish, and those mashed potatoes looked pretty darn tasty too. The Strat seems super chill and a great place to relax while still having some great food places and shows to choose from. Great job Norma and Lydia!

Norma why not show the contrast of Vegas life and energy from weekdays vs weekends and the transition it literally coverts into from Thursday - Sunday. I’m guessing noise level and chaos? But that encompasses real Vegas excitement. Great video as always !

The 24 hour challenge videos are my favourite. Like most people, I'm a creature of habit and always stay at what I know. The 24 hour challenges give insight into a different place, restaurants, shows, and area that some of us would have never went. Its really nice to see what the rooms look like too because I always stay at the same hotel because I know the room and the quality. Thanks,
I've recently begun to spend my Vegas time in the Westgate, Strat, Palace Station part of town. After years on the strip, then decades downtown, this part of the strip is underappreciated. If you want a good, solid reasonable dinner, McCall's at the Strat fits the bill. Great job ladies!!

I love the Strat. I haven't stayed there for awhile because I'm an Mlife member and get comps elsewhere but I have had good times at the Strat. Liked the live music in the bar, the view from the sky deck, the pool that overlooks the strip and the casino which is not crazy huge.
I've always stayed at the Strat for the few times I have been to Vegas. So fun to see you guys hangout there!

Thanks Norma for a great 24hrs in the strat, I got married up the tower in 2006 and it still looks the same. When we were there the diner you were in was Roxy’s diner and the waitresses and ŵaiters used to sing whilst you were eating, it was great! Coming back to vegas in December and can’t wait, keep it up Norma xxx

Glad you 2 enjoyed staying at the STRAT. If I ever go to Vegas, I just wanna go on the rides and do the bungee jump at that hotel, not so much spend a few nights there, but it's great to see the Strat has some good restaurants too. Vegas is probably the only city where there's more fun things to do in the hotels than other attractions out in the city.

Top of the World is THE best place for drinks and views in all of Vegas. I will also add that Stratosphhere is the best place to stay. Best value. Lots of places not covered in this video (but def the highlights). There is a Mc Donalds on the second level (late night eats). The best hotel/casino gym is here. Additionally, the Strat is next to the Arts District and craft beer bars (really good time). Circle K is next door (great to pick up inexpensive snacks and drinks for the room (you will pay 4x to get a water or soda in the hotel.n
This was cool! This is my favorite place to stay with my family when I'm in town, simply, for the observation deck and McDonalds on the 2nd floor!
I always had pleasant memories of the Strat, and it didn't break my bank account! It's an underated and somewhat overlooked hotel.
Thanks for making videos like this, there are days where my muscle weakness is bad even on vacation and I can’t really go far.

I've stayed at The Strat many times. I think it's great. Parking and everything is convenient, good shopping mall, rooms are fine. It's on the lower end of the strip, which is good and bad, depending on your needs.
But of course...the RIDES!!! They are insane!!! And yes I've ridden them several times, except the Big Jump. EVERYONE should ride Insanity and XScream at least once in their lives.

NORMA, I have watched so many of your videos, this is probably the 5th or 6th 24 hour video I have found. Last year I got a part time dealing job at the strat so my opinions are skewed because I feel it has such a bad rap.
