You can do a real estate search on the areas county Web site bring up pictures of houses on streets and owners names , it would save you running around trying to find the owner
what's so crazy after watching this video is my family owns a condo in one of those buildings on the coast, I remember seeing that exact manatee mailbox while walking to my cousins grandpas place so I have probably met the guy who lost his gopro.
