I do just the opposite, there are separate notebooks of course otherwise it will be a mess. If school teaches us any extra topic i add it to my tuition notes (which is rare). Either I add it by a stickynote, or i may leave some space or if there are any space left. If I feel like some topic is really confusing or complicated or I might forget it quickly i add it in a separate notebook. Otherwise i will keep finding it and will not find it the time I need it the most.

SST me Maine bilkul notes nahi banaya tha usme agar checking acchi tho mujhe 100 bhi mil sakta..My recommendation is to read sst so many times ki sab dimag me chap Jaye(I prepared in last 4 days only plus jab bhi school exams hota tha uske holiday me) Science me at starting I did not prepare notes fir Diwali holidays me I made notes( tab tak almost Mera syllabus complete hogaya tha expect 4chapters chote chote..). Diwali holidays me Maine jho banaya tha usme Maine eisse Kiya ki ncert se ek topic padli aur usko apne words me notebook me lekha aisee karte hi I completed note making in Diwali holidays only..eisse Mera revision bhi hogaya
One advice..bhai agr bina notes ke book se kaam chal jaa raha hai to no need to make notes ( sirf 10th tak)..the all you need is a pen , highlighter, pencil and 20Rs wali copy(jo nhi smjh aaya copy me likh lo)👍
I scored 98% in CBSE board, and trust me, none of my notebook was complete. Fun fact, in my English notebook, I had only written first five chapters and rest 20 chapters with grammar work is incomplete. And still, I was able to score 98 in English. So please do not run behind completing your notes, you should make good notes for yourself for subjects like science and social science(not compulsory for social science because NCERT is enough for social sciences), but do not run behind in school, completing your notebooks and getting them checked by your teachers, try to do written work in school itself and do not waste your time at home and doing the written work of school. This will help you get 95% plus in CBSE board.

The best tip is to not make notes but stick sticky notes or draw a box in the side and write all the imp things and underline/highlight the main points. Don't waste time making notes that you won't even use for more than 2 times. I like to pretend that I am the teacher and teach myself the concepts rather than remembering the words trust it helps alot. Just understand the concept and write them in your own words[ if you have a good vocabulary ]

What I do is, I keep two separate notebooks, 1 for school and tuition and one for self study, I make notes from school and tuition in one notebook, then for the notebook I use for self study, I first mention the topic ( For example : Tissue) then I write a brief introduction of the topic( with school, tuition and reference notes) , with diagrams and then I go ahead woth types and all.
I find it very difficult to note out important things bcuz sometimes I feel like this whole chapter is important so no need to write, let's just read this chapter😂
