Podologists advise leaving kids shoeless as much as possible because especially the ones with sturdier soles can interfere with the development of their feet, causing serious problems. Best shoes are the ones that are super wide and super flexible to allow the bones in their feet to develop normally. I wish I knew this sooner so we could avoid the problems it caused my brother, but I hope it helps Ottie. Lots of love xx

Hair looks so totally incredible. I just did the opposite. Black and red extensions and very long as my hair is really short eg. Not even shoulder length. After chemo and I lost it all it’s growing thicker but length wise growing so slowly. Xx

To create a crisp line, Frog Tape can be removed as soon as you are done painting. Removing Frog Tape while the paint is wet will ensure that you do not pull away dried paint from your wall by accident or leave a textured line. Another tip to tuck in your head for next time; my Mom taught me to bring a wet paper towel along to wipe up any wet paint mistakes made while painting. 🐸 You guys picked the right green in my opinion; it's lookin' SO good in there. fun little tip for figuring out types of flowers, take a picture on your iphone and there will be a little “i” at the bottom that will show up beside the delete trash bin button and it will tell you exactly what kind of flower/plant it is in the photo. it has changed my life.
I had the same with the postpartum hair re growth, my hair would literally stand on end. The only thing that helped it to keep it down was using a toothbrush dipped into a little hair wax and comb through!! Using a toothbrush allows all the hairs to be properly coated.
The amount of hair I shed after pregnancy was insane, I honestly do not feel it has fully recovered, you are definitely lucky that your hair is growing fast because I am 7 years Port partum and still struggling 💔😭
