So let me get this right
The story is about someone called a player , they were in the underground (idk there backstory) , and he's pretty strong but also he's a ghost , when frisk fell in the underground ,the player takes over them because they have determination , but with frisk soul it managed to awaken chara from death , so frisk and chara in the same body , now frisk loss every single control of their body , and its now the player .
The player dose peaceful run first so chara think that everything is okay , and here is the happy ending chara was calm and happy , until, the player reset and start his genocide run chara was speechless don't know what to do, she tryed to stop him but he's strong , so she let them continue their genocide... then when sans died the player thinked its over and they win, but , chara managed to take control frisk she had to kill her father and best friend.
Now chara and the player meeting , the player didn't know what to do ,and chara takes all the ex , love , she tried to scared the player and get them out of this world... to be continue

I think it was just about explaining how you, the player, make Firsk do their actions. So it's your fault, not Chara's. But kudos for over-analyzing it, like I do all the time-

Toby made the game for us to be frisk and let us be bad or good if you don’t think Chara’s bad then the player isn’t too so then nobody is the villain
