I have been to AC 4 times past 3 months.. last weekend - there was probably twice as many girls as previous time. Clubs are reopening.. as Leon mentioned Atlantis back open but they rely heavily on Chinese and Korean who not there yet in truckloads… however there are a lot of locals.
