2. Be Frugal and minimal on spending (don’t buy why you don’t need)

@daniellewright6032 highway 69 traffic is crazy. But that is everywhere here in Houston, I moved last year , if you move do it before July, summer is brutal

Tell the builders planting oaks that get MASSIVE on medians is not smart at ALL! Roots will damage roads and sidewalks! And only one oak per house. They get HUGE! I mean huge. Never 2 … one is pushing it honestly.
Are there any new construction builders in North Houston that have owner’s retreats/primary master suites on the second floor? I prefer all bedrooms upstairs except for a possible guest/mother-in-law suite on the first floor. I thought I saw a Tri Point design that had this configuration but I have not been able to find the floor plan on their website. Planning a move by late 2024 or early 2025. Thank you in advance for any information. 😊👍

I would advice not to buy a house until next year and even then you have to be cautious because they'll lower the interest rates and house prices for political reasons (elections) then sky rocket them back up again in 2025!!
No matter fact these homes looking cheap because they all have soaker tubs installed instead of jacuzzi tubs 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😮😮😮
