It was nice having a review from someone familiar with delta printers you mentioned things other reviewers have not mentioned at all.

Flsun might change my view on Delta, but you've changed how I see life. Love you, Davis.

This is seriously amazing, what you're doing not only has a great potential to help others, but it gives hope to gain back the "normality" people had before they had the amputation done, or even just experiment with the new machines that are available if that's what they would like to do
Keep up the work, the explanations even for someone who has little to no idea of what each thing does as an expert, was clear enough for me to get a general idea, so thank you so much for posting this

You're awesome, bro! This is exactly the kind of info I was looking for, keep up the good work! As someone who has had frustrations with other brands of printers, I am very excited about the FLSUN S1 Pro, my V400 has always been great, but I've always wanted a printer that could handle a larger workload without sacrificing quality, this new product may be just what I've been looking for!

The 320 x 400+/- is pretty cool. I haven't tried anything super tall yet, and most of my parts are sub 4" in height. I might try a vase mode print tonight just to see how it does.

Generally, if i get a machine that turns out to be less than advertised. Most of the time, I simply won't make a video about it. Of course, now that I have made a video talking about this machine, I'll definitely make a follow-up video letting everyone know If it starts to not age well.

Nice review! Looking forward to getting mine next week, BFCM deal too good to pass up.
Been using a modded V400 (11min flawless Benchy!) A few tips on delta slicer settings, z-hop should always be off. The scrapping is from oozing filament: PA needs to be calibrated, temp might be a shade high, and retraction improperly configured.
Klipper has issues calculating a good z-hop on deltas I think is the issue

I thought I imagined this type of printer existing. Awesome.

Love your videos, keep it up bro! I own 7 3D printers, including Creality, Bambu, Qidi, and FLSUN’s V400 and T1 Pro. Over the past two years, I’ve used the V400 the most, but since getting the T1 Pro, it’s my new favorite. Deltas have come a long way, and I wish more people knew about them. FLSUN’s marketing could definitely use some help-lots of folks don’t even know about their Delta models. If I were their marketing director, who knows? Haha, if you get the chance, definitely give a Delta a try!

My first delta is the flsun v400. Z hop a must also. Without sides abs is pretty much a no go

Totally! You Definitely need an enclosure with this machine to print abs, let alone anything exotic.

Do you have an FLSun S1 Profile you like that you could share with us? The current one that they have preloaded seems pretty bad.

Is it better to set z hop in filament override or directly in the extruder configuration?

    • @missingpartsclub
      @missingpartsclub  22 дня назад

I can only find the setting for z hop in the filament override within this skin of orca.

    Please people, don’t get this.
This company is awful, and often leave unsafe printers on the market (V400). They work against the community, lie in their marketing, and constantly remove traces of their mistakes.
The V400 thing was that they had a printer that often went into thermal runaway, and instead of fixing it, they disabled the protection, which means that it caught fire a lot.
They lied about speeds and flow rates with both the V400 and T1, and the pro models are ridiculous.
The T1-U is the T1 with a software update, and the original T1 was completely left in the dust. The T1 pro is just the T1 with a $2 fan from ali baba.
People, don’t buy from this company, it’s awful.

I ordered one in November and they say they shipped it but it's never been received and FLSUN (CHINA) is constantly making excuses gibberish really "shipping abnormalities, we wish you a happy life" for the last two weeks. So I wouldn't recommend this company nor this printer unless you want to lose $1000
