This is one version of the Baqua Roushenggong. This 'flexible body' exercise set consist of 32 movements as taught by grandmaster Huang Hanzhi while he was in Singapore in the 1980s. In it, there are 16 'moving' exercises, stationary 8-mother-palms, and 8-standing exercises. I do not know how many versions of the roushenggong. What is displayed in this video is a modified version of the original 32-movements which normally would take up to 40 minutes to complete the full sequence. Au Yeong
