20 hours into the game and I just realized you can craft multiple of the same blueprint I was going trough not crafting anything because I wanted to use it when I had access to better materials but the quality is based on your progression
That sling / trip mines were absolutely priceless on the final room of the Power 20 RDA base. (Laser Ore Processing Alpha ? ) . Just mining up the doors between each damage the lens phase and never had to fire a single shot at an RDA unit of any kind. I was power 18 at the time, for comparison.
I think they were kinda hamstrung from being able to make something great in this case It's connected to an ongoing movie franchise so they are clearly limited to the things they can explore and create
They need to make starship troopers a console game; I feel Ubisoft may not be great at story telling but they’re amazing at capturing the essence of the story like in this avatar frontiers of pandora
In addition to the obvious stat differences associated with the quality and rarity of each crafting material used to craft an item, I believe the scaling of items you craft AND acquire through other means such as looting and quest rewards is effected by your character/combat level at the time of acquisition. I'm not 100% on that, but I'm fairly certain. I'm certainly open to being corrected though.
For me by time I reached Clouded Forest I had near 500.. just doing bases and side quests, opening all the chests, as well as grabbing the skill in.. Warrior? iirc .. that gives you a chance to get some when looting a downed AMP.
Yes, *absolutely.* You will see a lot of reviews that go about auto-shitting on it by conflating it with Far Cry, essentially calling it just Far Cry with an Avatar skin on it, but that couldn't be further from the truth. In reality, that is a VERY shallow and reductive comparison that totally overlooks the insane quality and depth of the various intermingling game systems that make up the actual game. It's not totally inaccurate to compare FoP with the FC series in terms of it's gameplay structure. FoP certainly does borrow most all of it's core gameplay structure and systems from the modern FC games, but it's use of those elements is done so as an adoption of a gameplay genre. This is an important distinction, because the hallmark characteristics of a gameplay genre aren't what ultimately define the quality of the resulting game built upon them. That is ultimately defined by the skill and experience, passion, dedication, leadership, and vision of the dev team behind the game, and how they ultimately use and build off of those characteristics. A souls-like game which releases and goes on to become a game-of-the-year contender isn't great simply because of the characteristics of the souls-like genre it adopted. The same applies for a souls-like that hard flops and makes worst-games-of-the-year lists. Modern iterations of the FC franchise face much of the apathetic cynicism and distrust that they do because they they've been aggressively molded to fit the same turdburger form factor which Ubisoft infamously enforces on all of it's flagship IPs eventually; a process of dissecting the constituent elements of a franchise's core gameplay framework and narrative identity; then boiling-down, sanitizing, and standardizing any remaining depth or soul out of whatever is left in such a way that each new entry is generally little more than a highly genericized regurgitation of itself, nearly indistinguishable from title to title save for the aesthetics and locale of each entry. The problem is that the well-earned cynicism reviewers and gamers have for modern FC entries is being prematurely applied towards this game, especially because it's an Ubisoft title, and this per-conceived notion is often _completely_ blinding them to the actual quality and depth on display in this game. That's OK though, because most of us prefer to play games for ourselves before coming to conclusions, as opposed to having broad-sweeping and preemptively dismissive conclusions firmly in place going in and allowing them to completely color every facet of the experience from start to finish. Those who do that are absolutely robbing themselves of the chance at enjoying an INCREDIBLE game. Don't make that same mistake.
Hopefully they add it to the update and add attachments that actually can be useful like some sort of scope or ever an iron sight would help.. and maybe nerf the recoil a little. The assault rifle couldn't be more worse, the recoil is at like 98% you have to shoot it like a semi auto. I wanted to unload a clip and run around wreck them all lol.
Bruh the unsung hunter quest keeps saying it cant be completed rn and to progress with the story am already in the upper plains and still cant start. Anyone else?
My game says the unsung hunter can't be progressed at this time. I'm a little bit into the upper plains so I have no idea what quest(s) I need to do to be able to progress it. Any ideas?
I think it something has to do with what part of the story you're in. I noticed while playing that it was available after doing a story quest and went back to "can't be progressed". Is what I think. Not 100% sure
I wanted to get this but there are no melee weapons at all😂 i cant use a spear daggers or swords or some type of shield. This game is a pass for me but I hope other people enjoy it

Ubisoft makes some amazing open world but what they are missing now with these new games is a good story.

Well if you’re complaining over it then please do write better story and maybe people like you will stop crying always how bad the stories are😂😂😂
Avatar frontiers of Pandora to me so far has a great story, I'm in the third area
No lol

I love that shotgun with the storm ammo, great for stunning mechs and ripping RDA soldiers out of them lol
I've beaten the game and still don't get any of the legendary recipes from Soleck as options.
I can't find the scale bark anywhere! Help! It says its in Dyer's Falls, but I don't even see that location on the map in Rising Spires.
It’s up in a specific big ass tree
@@boog55th no shit....found it. Tree is to the South of Stone Refuge camp, which is south east of threaded river in Rising Spires.
The rda weapons are not all available at start of the game as they unlock extra 1s the more u progress
Shotgun I got right there was only 110.. why Is yours significantly higher?
You most likely got it in a different quest you get that higher damage shotgun in the quest he mentioned
In addition to the obvious stat differences associated with the quality and rarity of each crafting material used to craft an item, I believe the scaling of items you craft AND acquire through other means such as looting and quest rewards is effected by your character/combat level at the time of acquisition.

If U finished the side quest for that mission and didn't get it is it still there
The shotgun I got from thay mission was only a level 120. Not sure why.
So, are there any rda weapons besides the shotgun and the assault rifle?
What is the chest armor in the thumbnail
How do you get the head gear in the thumbnail
The quickest way to get a shotgun go to fuel station there's one there
How do you get more storm ammo??
Anyone found any exquisite long bow grip mods? I can’t find any to save my life.
how do you get 99+ spare parts
For me by time I reached Clouded Forest I had near 500.. just doing bases and side quests, opening all the chests, as well as grabbing the skill in.. Warrior? iirc .. that gives you a chance to get some when looting a downed AMP.
Guys is this game worth buying

By the time you can craft the best gear in the game, the game is over..........which is such a waste.
in love with this game, hope theres gonna be more to it after beating it😪
theres already a season pass for sale and 2 DLCs you can pre purchase
Yes they got like 3 dlc coming to it
the RDA weapons are complete trash. I mean the fact you can't use iron sights is dumb.
Hopefully they add it to the update and add attachments that actually can be useful like some sort of scope or ever an iron sight would help.. and maybe nerf the recoil a little. @selmir5866 the damage on rifles is trash too. They're absolutely useless.

Buddy. 😂. Have you watched the movies? ........(jepordy theme song)... Clearly not.
This is big on stealth but you can go full attack if you want...you HAVE TO KEEP MOVING YOUR A$$!!!
@@russm5872buddy do you have a life (gay jeopardy theme) probably not.
