You said that 10 bar is the lifting pressure of the safety valve, and 3% is included in it.. this means that working pressure/ operating pressure should be somewhere around 9.7 bar.. and reseating pressure should be 4-5% less than operating pressure that means it should be around 9.2-9.3 bar..
Yes u are right for just understanding purpose I take 10 bar ( because at the end of d lecture I forgot it's 3%added ) Anyway it doesn't u understood the whole concept ?
