Hi! I’m also planning on taking my 1 and 3 year old in September. What are your thoughts overall on the hotel? Food? Pool? And entertainment? Trying to get actual and recent perspective. Thank you!!
@Shecav Honestly, the service has gone down since covid. Room service average wait is roughly 90 minutes. And many people gets injured from the florider and please be careful. The "concierge" is a glorified salemen for their version of timeshare, and it is difficult to book restaurants. Diamond Club will have a much better service, but I'm not sure if it will be worth it. Outside of those factors, the resort was clean, the food was good, the beach was small, the pool was clean, and the shows were decent. I did leave my 3 - and 6 year old kids at the kids club. But the "requirements" is a minimum age of 4 years old. You can hire a babysitter for $40/hours.
