I really enjoy this music and listen to it a lot. I've recently been playing guitar over Dm backing tracts. I get many ideas for riffs from this music and I can kind of emulate the feel by pretty much landing phrases on the the 1, 3 and 5 of the scale. There appears to be many of these kind of channels on YT now. Sometimes there isn't much melody which comes from jazz influence I guess. It does make me wonder if it won't be too long before artificial intelligence will be able to make this kind of music. Which would be very sad. Rick Beato has talked about modern pop songs being so similar It may be starting. But I encourage Brian to continue to bring us this wonderful music.
I play guitar, the guitar playing here in the Blues Lounge is inspiring it never fails to pull on my heart strings and sends me soaring into musical heaven and at times gives me solace and a space to reflect I also acknowledge the amazing piano and keyboard playing that affects me in the same musical way and understand that it is a combined effort by a group of amazing musicians and I am grateful - the guy from New Zealand 🤎
Not bad, just disappointing, in a world full of jazz music, the blues lounge videos recycle the same few songs over and over, and then repeat them again, I wish you had a little more imagination, it would be more inspiring.
