Absolutely love this and have made many of your bird projects but I have been trying this for 3 days and it doesn’t seem to be working out. I’ve deconstructed them pattern many times from the beginning but it doesn’t seem to work up right. I’m not a beginner in crotchet either. I’ve seen you’ve done an edit in the description but something is not right. I must have tried about 9 times. It’s just the head and I can’t go any further. Please help as I would love to make him. I loved your tutorials and already made a Blue Tit and this Macau, they both turned out beautiful... Thank you !!! Can you make a video for Sparrow ? I feed them in my backyard and also in the parking lot where I work. Every morning they would be waiting on top of the building and when my car pulls over, they'd fly down to the lot and are ready ...So cute !!! I'd love to make some to decorate my office.

Omg please make one with spread wings. Preferable with the correct propotions between the wings and body (they are not the same size than closed, but you probably already know that). It would be so awsom
I think I'm not seeing things , in one clip on round 4 she has 2 white stripes but it cuts to her having just 1 white stripe did anyone else see the same problem? Lovley parrot by the way I wish I could see it clearly 🖤💜💚
I’m with silver lining comment. The count does not line up correctly with the coloring. I too am not new to crochet. Can you please revise the video, the edit throws me off. The stitch count is correct. Colors aren’t in line.
I do wish that I had read the comments before starting this make. After unpicking the head, three times and thinking that I am going mad, I see that there is an error. Does anyone know if there is a corrected version anywhere?
I have to make two of these. I got the first one almost done. Now I'm working on the second one and I'm still having issues with the numbers of stitches are not matching up. I have to keep watching the video 100 times to get it right. I wish she could turn up the volume and make it closer to the camera so we can see it better. It might help.

I believe 2.5mm is between a size 12 and 13, so a 12 should be fine or 13 if you tend to crochet loosely.
