The bible sais it is appointed unto man once to die then the judgment? Perhaps when people think they have died and were brought back to life its considered a near death experience? God is sovereign and can do the impossible. Yes He is a miracall working God and can bring back to life those who He chooses. Just dont know how it line up with Gods word when people speak of dying and then saying God brought them back to life.
