I meant instruction. I like the idea of the court being divided in thirds. Always preventing the easier shot down the line and in the middle. Make opponents beat you with harder angle shot.
perfect explanation, I thought it was 50% and 50%, I'm left-handed and I start always by agreeing who will take the ball in the middle since my partner and I both will have forehand in the middle any suggestions/ strategies for left-handed and right-handed would be appreciated. I like the technique where you are playing and explaining the concepts
Thanks for the support!! So for a lefty-righty duo, the same principle applies. The person across from the ball will conver the down the line third of the court, while the partner will cover the remaining two-thirds. Now if the ball is in the middle, it is up to the team to communicate who has a better forehand that can take the ball.
Great question! To me it isn't a question of male and female if both players have the forehand in the middle. Whichever player has the better forehand drop/drive should take the middle at the baseline and whichever player has the better dink/faster hands should take the middle at the net. The goal should always be to give you the best chance of winning a point.
Gotcha! That makes a ton of sense. Hope to run into you at Clearone or somewhere in Orlando soon! I’ve been taking lessons with Glen for the last several months and I’m loving it!
Except at the top levels….the down the line shot is hit less frequently….because of the Erne…and the court being shorter…and the net being higher….and the sideline out of bounds being closer…..watch Ben, Riley, and Dekel….they leave the line wide open and cover the middle.
This only works when you are playing with teammates that actually make the effort to MOVE around. Most of the meat suits I encounter on the courts are oblivious to any of this and refuse to even get to the kitchen line.
I agree with that. Even males who barely know the game can beat women with little effort. Women don't have the shoulder, back, or arm strength that men have.
I love her backhand drives while coming up to the kitchen. That’s definitely something I’ll try.
Absolute blast filming this one!! Excited for more collabs on here 🔥🔥🔥
Excellent strategy & perfect explanation. Looking forward to more lesson. Thx.
More to come!
Excellent strategy content. Hoping to watch more videos from you. Thanks
Stay turn more are coming.
Great content, especially the actual drilling & application! Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it!
BK, you killed it!🤑
Excellent introduction.

I figured this out, but you said it better. Great video💯
Awesome! Thank you!

Learn stacking or find a left partner. I know it's annoying

Definitely stacking or remind them that you are left handed and call middle shots
Pickleball is America's fastest-growing sport and we like it #Pickleball
Best advice is to have Emily as your partner, she's awesome.
Well done . People I play with think forehand always covers the middle
Great lesson!
Good information very well demonstrated
Excellent overview and demonstration
This is great, BK! If you had a lefty male player and a righty female player, how would you work that?

@@HeyItsMattBell That's awesome, Glen is a great coach! I'm sure we'll run into each other at some point!
What kind of edge guard tape is that? Looks amazing!
Please clarify who takes the 2/3 of the court for drops - the player with the forehand? (assuming players are equal ability). Thanks.
someone talk about that get at 3:32 thoo
@eddiemcgreey331, my face says everything, lol
Me, you
Where is this pickleball facility?
Just like tennis doubles but just coverage more make their shots impossible
A very good lesson but I cringed at 4:50 when they let an errant ball meander into the court and continued to play.

great video mic quality needs some work
Thank you. Working on it.
#1 is key, playing with someone that doesn't understand this is frustrating, and I say this as someone that has finally implemented it

Men have more Power
Male players are generally always better. So males keep dominating
