I am not a raider fan by any means but no one likes the way that that was handled and how that transpired They were looking for a reason to get rid of him from day one since he came in because he could not be the same coach he was in years prior There were a lot of rules changes and things that coaches were not allowed to do that he used to be able to do that he couldn't do and there was a lot that was said about that and it was not gruden's fault and it is not gruden's fault when you tie coach's hands and you don't let them coach the team properly that I don't know that he really wants to be a coach anymore after all of this rigamarole
I am not one to place a racist tag on anything. I just finished at the police academy and I was the only black in my class etc. It was pretty much all white...It was a great experience. But There we're things that happen and never once did a scream racism. I just did my job. They ended up making me class leader and at graduation they gave me an award for Academics and character. And the Commander said if he had to hire anybody on his police force I'd be first in line. I pride myself on my honesty and integrity...That's by far the best award and compliment I've ever received. I've been called cute by females, handsome even adorable 😂...But to be complimented on my character was huge to me.

To those that are pro-Gruden, would you do what Gruden did and not expect to get disciplined or fired from your job? Even if he believes what he says in those emails, why did he hit send button to a company’s email account? Common sense has to come into play at some point. To say everybody does it, is like saying John steals at work too, why you fire me and not him? You know stealing is wrong, why are you doing it at work. Code of Conduct policy is real on every job.
The problem is, you don’t understand the pro-Gruden view point. And that is the biggest mistake any person can make. If you want to beat your enemy, you must know your enemy. It’s not that people don’t think what he said was wrong, it’s that it was definitely a hit job and they purposely released those specific documents to get him. And there’s no fucking way out of those 650,000 documents other people didn’t say some fucked up and shit and we want everyone to be held accountable if one is being held accountable. As I was saying, he has the right to see all the emails and see what was being said and see the shady shit the league has been up to.
