Kyrie has immortalised the art of finesse in the basketball. Whenever you see him play it is absolutely clear that he loves the game. The amount of moves he invented and successfully integrated to the game is just absurd when you realise that it was done in the modern era AND he didn't have to abuse the rulebook for that! He deserves to be respected, recognised and celebrated us one of the corner stones of the new era of basketball.
IDC WHAT NOBODY SAY😮💨 KYRIE HIT THE CLUTCHEST SHOT OF ALL TIME💯🤷🏾♂️ I AM A MIAMI HEAT FAN SO I LUV WHAT RAY DID...BUT IM SORRY A CATCH & SHOOT CORNER 3 IS NOTHING COMPARED 2 CALLING ISO ON THE 2 TIME UNANIMOUS MVP ON HIS HOME COURT && HITTIN HIM WIT HIS OWN SHOT😮💨💯 I WILL NEVER 4GET WATCHIN THAT LIVE‼️ THE SHOT WAS MORE HYPE THAN THE BLOCK 4 ME
yeah, i remember shump saying on a podcast that there were times that he forgot that lebron was on the floor because of the way kyrie was playing. right now in the lakers, if lebron is on the floor, the engine runs so much smoother, austin reaves is doing his thing tho, maybe he takes that leap this season.
Comfortably taking Kawhi here, LeBron's regressed quite a bit as a driver which then results in lower quality perimeter shooting, just overall taking down both his scoring and playmaking.
@@HoopVenue oh ok. Who would I say is a better defender Embiid or Claxton? Feel nic wouldn’t have gotten torched in open space Vs Tatum like Embiid did.
2016 Kyrie and 2020 AD the only players who were as valuable or greater than their respective first options but never get their due respect for their contributions.
@@Loris71734 nah, this is false. Lebron led in stats, but Kyrie hit the biggest shots over and over again. He had a legit claim to Finals MVP or at least, Co-MVPs.
kyrie is only 31 he still can finish at the rim just as good its just the perception that he's quote on quote not in his primwe anymore because of injuries and bad roster construction he hasn't been able to win another title when in reality his numbers are better than in Cleveland he averaged 27/5/6 on over 60% ts so how is he on the decline if you don't watch basketball just say that
I never said his finishing regressed, I said it’s harder for him to get to the rim. In Cleveland he was getting to the rim about 5-6 times a game, last season it was down to 2, and this year about 3.
He has some of the best, if not the best footwork I’ve ever seen.
For sure.
Him and kobe probably.

100% agree, just a masterful player.
I think he's EASILY, one of the 50 greatest players of all time, even though his resume, statistics and accomplishment probably aren't there.
Glad hoop venue is still posting it’s been awhile
kyrie irving is truly a legend of legends
One of the most iconic players of his era, for sure.

When you compare Kyrie's shot creation abilities with D-Lo... LeBron be like "I miss you" 😂
Kyrie and LeBron were such a perfect fit.

Great vid HV, quick question who’s a better offensive player in 2023, Kawhi or LeBron and why ?

@@JOHNNYPMUSICclaxton better . He can guard the perimeter much better than embiid . Embiid gets torched lol
Maxey will become an all star
He saved Lebron’s legacy
He was pretty good.
Decent, even.

I hate to break it to you but 2016 Kyrie is not remotely close to as good as 2016 LeBron
they were both amazing players but its lebron raymon james dude 😂
I hate to break it to you but valuable and better dont mean the same thing@@Loris71734
Game 5 kyrie was the only one doing work in the first half. Bron joins in they combine for 82 in a historic win

Spoiler alert: Kyrie is going to the finals in his first full season with the mavericks
