Faulty ceramic capacitor (101K, 1kv)

I had some ceramic campasitors when i tested with multimeter at 20M ohms don't show anything only "OL" screen was, Same goes with 1.6KV ceramic campasitors i had Only Just "OL" did are damaged or Good?

Ok...same by analog or digital..but don't forget discharged first before U put the probe!!

if have a reading its min's that is shorted?

Yup, the resistance in the capacitor can be measured using an ESR meter. (ESR = equivalent series resistance)
