@@WeightofFire how many of each monster do you think you'd need, I presume powerful ones like Werewolves would be solo but how about weaker mobs like Goblins?
I have a collection of Retreat from Kabul figures as well, and had the same idea of porting them into Silver Bayonet. Did you ever proceed with that idea?
hi i didnt actually as i didnt really find silver bayonet did it for me after a few games. i will be looking at using them for the man who would be king or sharp practice though i think

For smaller creatures maybe 8 although more can come on they can be recycled if died. Large monsters 1-2 typically
Do you need goblins orcs with bayonets? or do they stick with there traditional swords and bows?
Well they just have normal hand weapons
