Views are nice and the penthouse has a lot of natural light, although I personally would prefer to have cosier sofas/seats.

It's nice but it's certainly not worth the 6.5k a month they are asking now, not even the 4k they were asking then. Love how they say it's Manchester when it isn't, it's Salford. It definitely isn't the nicest penthouse in the area, Mr Simpson has that honour. I looked at buying in the Edge in 2008 but the finish just wasn't worth what they were asking.

To rent one of the upper floors of the hilton it costs £20000 a month, they are much nicer and higher up than this but they lack the balconies
