Hi! Cool video so far (I’m typing this halfway through the video) but one question. Where do you hire your designers?

Thank you, but I am still facing problems from kdp. If I change the price, cover, or manuscript, they block the book even though I have a Canvas Pro for creating images. I would appreciate your complete guidance.

I love using Trello. I have used it for my KDP business for years.

Great video thanks Chris. Ive just started my coloring book kdp journey having only published 2 books to date. I am concerned that I have missed the boat during my launch period (still in it for sencond book as only published it last week) because I havent run any ads as yet. Im clueless and scared of ads because of so much mis-information out there. Should I be running a certain type of ad during the launch period in order to boost my books visibility?

No matter what anyone says, all that matters is the book quality/niche and then simple auto ads can do great. I'd recommend joining the discord group

Thanks for sharing. Is it necessary to design A+ after each publication?

I wouldn't have said so, but most of us assume it helps with conversions. I don't tend to publish any books and leave a plus off

Around the 22 minute mark you talk about ads on the swear word book? I thought you couldn't run ads on a book with swear words? Has that changed? Or was I mistaken? Thanks for the great video.

So you can run ads provided there are no swear words (or nods towards swear words) on the cover and I assume in the title/subtitle

If the keywords , book cover , interior are good will it make sales without spending on ads?

Always a chance but releasing without some ad sales, in my opinion, reduces the chance of your book being found. For people with zero ad spend, volume of books is needed. I've found I can get sales in the UK without ads

I don't understand how you could have some results in medium content books (i.e childrens books) with auto ads with low bids in US ... I have not a strong experience but when I bid 0.1 to 0.8, nothing happens. I know I have to wait because this is auto campaigns. I spend a lot of money for the launch period, 155 orders in 1.5 months, bsr between 25k and 35k in US (very good for me as a beginner) now i keep only my auto campaign, but it is not performing well... i have some organic sales but this is not crazy.

How much per coloring page do you pay your freelancer? ( fuzzy, cozy types with characters and backround? )
    Thx.
Mine asks for 35$/ coloring page.
A bit too much for me and I want ro negociate

Yeah they can get costly so I looked for someone who can create them quite fast within an hourly rate they are happy with at around $15/hour which brings the cost down and meets their hourly rate requirements, but they need to be able to work fast. So ends up maybe 10 dollars - 15 per page

@ChrisRaydog also lots of scammers out there. No one is signing a contract. But I will try harder to find a cheap and good designer.

Puppies with hat? Sounds badly made in China with poor English. Title should say HATS (plural because puppies is plural) That kind of grammatical mistake stops people from buying straightaway.
