Hope you all enjoy this breakdown, never done one before so thought I’d test the waters. Look out for my Khan lore video coming soon as we explore his story so far!
What I love about this franchise, is how the writer of the book manages to write the games and add to the lore by utilising the different medium of games, might buy a vr headset for this one
Id like to imagine all the religious stuff we see in the trailer will lead up to meeting the Jehovah witnesses like in the first book or maybe meet up a cult group similar to the satanic faction in the metro spin off book
Watched it early on Patreon. It looks like an interesting spin-off. I'm definitely curious about Khan and the greater lore. I am disappointed that it's only a V.R. game, however. Still, I hope it is a good game at the end of the day.
im just glad the devs are safe enough to make more stories in metro. non book fans complaining that its VR need to realize there are so many small things in the books that arnt in the games that deserve small bite sized vr games
Khan is a really interesting character and every journey involving him are bound to be paranormal (like in 2033, LL, and the DLC) Hope he also appear in the upcoming main Metro game. I don't own a VR so I probably won't be playing it but the whole game built around the Great Worm cult which didn't appear in any previous game, is a fresh take to me and I hope this game sells well.
If you listen in a snippet of the trailer he talks about the "Great worm" So I'm hoping it could be a story about it, and their kidnappings, cannibalism and the unexplained tunnelings that happened down there while artyom was traveling.
7:23 - that is plenty of orthodox icons, but that is also no wall. In fact, the iconography is plastered over a tunnel airlock door. So behind this there would be a metro tunnel (or station) IRL... Very curious placement, especially if people still burry their dead near "churches"...
@zvr-08 A shame. But a new Metro game is always welcome. And the VR should enhance the experience, especially the horror aspect inherent in the series.
Other people have VR and they deserve VR games, the studio decided to create a game for us this time, not for you, just stfu, you never see VR players cry that a flat screen game is not VR
@@mrfun177 It's not made for youuuuuu, it's a VR spin off by a small VR studio. If this game didn't exist, it wouldn't suddenly mean you would have an extra metro game to play on flatscreen.
i want to know what is going on in the metro during the events of metro exodus or will artyom return to metro with the train crew and how much time will pass next time we see artyom?
Here's the real question is this a Metro game that was hinted at that they were working on or is there a continuation of the story from Metro Exodus? Cuz they did say that there is a continuation of Metro Exodus where they're supposed to be going back to the Metro is this it cuz I have no interest in VR this is disappointing if this is the fact
Been a big fan of the games and books really excited for anything metro related hope it is the cult of the great worm be interesting in seeing a metro station that's mentioned in the frist book where they got slaves and their digging a hole to hell to reach Satan or something in that way
Pisses me off that they sent a Cease & Desist to Paradox of Hope and then turn around and announce this game. "AAA" industry can't handle outside talent.

Didn’t think of that but yeah maybe! I think it’s more related to Serdar and Yana tbh. But another faction from the book would be cool

I can't wait to see the return of your awesome metro content. Your the best for metro lore

Very interesting! I didn’t notice that
I was just thinking of the Metro Series 😂
There's a new Metro game? I never knew. I'm very excited for this, and to play as Khan.

@zvr-08 Fortunately for me. haha
Heard despair in your voice over trying to pronounce those words made me crack up, I thought to myself “why are the words so long!” 😂
WOOOOHHHHHH!!!! MORE METRO!!!
(Even if it is only in VR, which i don't have)
Damn cool! I can't wait for this one. Thanks for the awesome breakdown, Brother!
Wish so badly this wasn't VR; can't stand it.
Would love to learn more of Kahn first-hand, but guess I'll be stuck watching it.

Fck, why did they turned this into a VR :(( I really wanted to have Khan back, just did not expect it to be like this. Is it also still JB Blanc?
They didn't turn anything into VR, metro 4 is still coming, this is a vr only spin-off
I do hope devs will add actual arms to the character because well the rwo floating hands kinda ruin the atmosphere
How the hell are they burning stuff inside the tunnel without choking on the smoke😮

Yes. But it's VR.
