At this year's MSI, G2 got one series further than TL (the last remaining representatives of either region) by crushing TES in a 3-0 while TL had a series of close games that ended 3-1 for T1.
At Worlds 2023, yes, NA made it further with NRG being the only western team to make it out of groups and getting 3-0'd in quarters by WBG.
At MSI 2023, both NA and EU got knocked out in stage 2, but while G2 managed to take a game off both GENG and BLG, C9 got 3-0'd by both.
At Worlds 2022, Rogue was the only western team making it out of groups (to be crushed 3-0 by JDG in quarters), every other NA and EU team was knocked out 1-5 (except for FNC, who got an admirable 2-4 but were obv still knocked out).
At MSI 2022, both EU and NA were unceremoniously 3-0'd in semis, so no diff.
At Worlds 2021, both EU and NA were dispatched 3-0 in quarters.
At MSI 2021, MAD were the only western team making it out of groups to be knocked out in a close 3-2 by DWG in semis.
At Worlds 2020, G2 upset GenG 3-0 in quarters and got felled 3-1 by DWG in semis, while FNC was 3-2'd by TES. NA didn't make it out of groups.
Over the last 4 years and 8 international events, there was *one* event where NA outperformed EU, and 3 where they were knocked out at the same stage. At all 4 other events, EU made it further than NA.

100t in the other games looked disjointed while PSG looked like they were heating up. It definitely showed in this matchup!
Utter humiliation as always. RITO saved overrated Koreans from getting humiliated in playins by adding the BS rule that 4th Korean seed is getting direct participation in Swiss, otherwise we'd see Trash1's getting humiliated as well. Although, it doesn't matter, we will see LCK and LCS teams getting humiliated in Swiss no matter what.
