The name I use to find is “lego piece 4x4 round” its not the correct size ik 4x4 is used for engines like Thomas and Edward but for Gordon and Henry I think it’s 6x6
You just need to take this recipe for Henry and base Gordon off it. All that needs doing is to replace each of the lime green pieces with a medium azure of the corresponding shapes and add two extra 1x3 arched bricks.
To call build mate but you could have had a more detail inside Henry's card because the footplate is just doesn't have any stud so the Henry driver & Fireman would be sliding around the cab and you could have included the details for all for all the valves gauges and his firebox
