It was a wholesome volg. Really like the preparation you did for the Ramadan Month. I just want to talk about your gym routine. Even i want convey a msg to all gym lovers who are going gym after iftar. Please avoid gym after iftar. Your body is already dehydrated and exhausted. Now you're pushing yourself for lot of workout. It can cause cardiac arrest. Instead of that you can do yoga or a little bit exercise at home. My humble request 😊

Hello alfiya I hope you are good I just want to give u a lil information which literally impact our Salah and that is during your tahyat that means just before your Salam when we raise our shahada finger we must keep our both hands upper the knees I saw in this vdo everytime you are doing you always keep your hands below the knees and that is wrong I hope you'll pay attention to this and try to do it in right hope
