Quick update after using some of the first timer products mentioned here:
1) Uniqlo heattech thermals are worth every penny. I could survive one digit temperatures in paris only and only because of these. 100% recommend
2) the universal adapter is a must have & so is the portable jet spray
3) the heat warmers were something i could keep handy when i was cold outside. It really keeps you warm for 8 hours.

As someone who is insecure of her body and coming from a strict family , finding modest yet trendy dresses has always been the hardest part for me . I am in russia now studying medicine. But wh i saw this video i really missed my sister. Everytime i come from India after holidays me and my mom will be there to pack my stuff and all.
