Looking at this I wondered, why can't they have Paul Ricard run back to back with Monaco so that logistics would be easier?
I guess it would be difficult for teams to change setups rom street circuit to normal circuit and then again back to street one.

Curious why you stayed in Baku this long vs going back to the UK between races?
Probably works out cheaper to stay in a hotel for an extended period rather than take multiple flights... Also since he's Australian it would be kind of useless? And quarantine in the UK is a pain.

Hi Kym, I'm from the Philippines. Just wondering, does F1 pay for your airline tickets, accommodations, etc.?
Any special reason you flew to Nice and not Marseille (MRS)? You could have flown Baku (GYD) to MRS via Istanbul (IST) with TK with a 5 hour layover and a totl time of 11 hours.

If you go up to the check in desk at a Russian airport and say Привет to the people at the check in, then they definitely know you're a foreigner 😂
Привет is too informal, it's what you'd say to your friends and relatives. Здравствуйте is more appropriate when greeting strangers, it can be hard to say so it can be shortened to just Здрасте (Zdrastye - rolling the R).

After enduring 31 hours of plane, bus and car hopping I doubt I'd be quite as chipper as you.

Just found your channel last night. It’s a shame I missed you in Baku! I’m an amateur photographer and was at the JW Marriott taking photos during the race. Great vantage point. Probably better than the turn 1 platform they had for the press. I took a photo of all the press photographers down below me. Didn’t see you in my shot. 😂
Were you unable to go through Zurich without quarantine?
I hate the Paris airport as it is very confusing and difficult to transit from terminal to terminal last time I used it. May be better today but it is Paris and folks are not eager to help. When traveling through Europe, I'll do anything to avoid that airport. Copenhagen or Zurich as a preferred transfer point. Friendly people who don't mind speaking English.

In France you can have a covid test in almost every pharmacy for free (for french people, don't know if it's also for the others...)

I follow a travel journalist on insta whose recently done a report on various PCR tests available in the Uk. She looks at the costs tries them out in person as she went to

So it is possible that the Covid test centre is required to inform the hotel if it was a positive case I imagine. So if they are not informed of a positive case, by deduction I guess you can do that math.

In India a pcr test costs about 800 rupees whi is nearly 10usd.
