    Okay I’m definitely on alert now with the Lanolin cream. I put it on once a day and keep disposable nursing pads in my bra nursing. I want to let my nipples breathe more but I literally drip just walking around and because I’ve literally soaked my clothes and soiled bedsheets. Also you’re blessed to have a stash. I pump about 3x daily and get between 4-8oz per session but my 2 week old already drinks 4oz at almost each feeding so my supply is struggling to keep up with her which I have to use formula. You’re doing great mama ❤

      I think using it once a day might be ok. I think I went overboard with using it by using it several times throughout the day plus keeping the breast pads on my nipples at no room to breathe! 😭 and wowww your 2 week old eats a lot! You are also doing great! Thank you for being here❤️❤️❤️

    Hi Leah! Really appreciate your videos and sharing your journey. It’s helped me as a first time mom ❤ everyone’s breastfeeding journey is different & that’s what I’m learning… but tbh, I decided yesterday to stop exclusive pumping for my 2mon… because it’s a lot and I low key miss my freedom 🫠 I’ve got a little mom guilt (naturally) but I agree- fed is best and thus a new chapter begins 😇 Anywho, you’re doing great and I wish you all the best on your journey ❤

      Im also thinking about quitting pumping. It’s tough. I’m dedicated to it though. However, it’s getting in the way of my relationship with my 6 year old and it causes me a great deal of stress always thinking about how and when I’m going to pump. This stranger is proud of you making such a big decision and being at peace with it❤️

    I've recently switched to By Heart formula and give my 3 month old 1 bag of frozen breast milk a day. It was so hard to give up pumping. I felt so guilty, but my mental health has improved, baby is fed, and I feel like I can be a better mom and wife.

    • @leahlovee
      @leahlovee  11 дней назад

      @@dejaharris4029 I’ve never heard of that formula I will look into that one! But that is a good idea to still give your 3 month old frozen breastmilk during the day while giving formula at the same time. I may actually do that if I decide to stop pumping instead of completing using all of my stash all at once. I’m so glad to hear that your mental health has improved. Thank you so much for sharing ❤️❤️🫶🏼

    You have an amazing stash of breast milk. I don't think you should flat out quit but you can reduce your pumping sessions especially when your nipples are hurting and still feed him breast milk until he is ready for solids. YOU ARE DOING Great!!!
    I also agree with not touching our hair 😂 it really does grow the less you manipulate it.

      I’m not gonna lie it’s stressful AF but I made a lot of mistakes in the beginning. There is so much that I would have done differently with both kids. I will probably make a video on things I wish I would have done at the beginning of breastfeeding cause it’s so much that goes into it
