It wouldn't be bt, but it would be a vanguard. The reason coopers helmet flashed was because bt copied part of his ai core and placed it in Jack's helmet during effect and cause. This would mean blisk and rampart don't have the ai core to rebuild bt and are only attempting to use his parts to make their own vanguard.

The Monarch, as amazing as it is, is just an overpriced knockoff built by Vinson Dynamics from salvaged Vanguards, it's hardware just isn't capable of the same adaptability as a vanguard, which is why it has upgrade core abilities instead of loadouts.

Obviously they wont put a full sized Titan into Apex but they could add Jack Cooper with BT in his helmet giving suggestions on the current situation, just like how Wraith has a voice when youre aimed at, he could give you ring updates and other information. Jack would have to have double jump/wall running as a passive so we can get that sweet sweet Titanfall movement but for his abilities they got split up among other legends already, pilots had grapples, cloaking, decoys, etc.. and Jack even had Wraith's time gauntlet. They havent added the scanning knives so maybe he could use those and a smart pistol ultimate who knows. His heirloom could even be a Data knife. I think adding him would make a lot of people happy.
Honestly yeah and even if they did like an event where BT came back with Jack Cooper to introduce Jack as a character would be sick like they have jack in BT fighting idk other titans and ends up dying(AGAIN) then Cooper boots up bts voice into his helmet and goes on to fight in apex legends
I love how advanced BT is to the point where even apex can’t find a reasonable solution for adding him into the game, even if it’s literally just his voice being in your head for a second. Like there’s so many ways to implement him without making him seem weak or nerfed by simply making him an air strike type weapon where you can ride him but only as a big shield because he’d be autonomous because without JACK cooper he’s not satisfied but he’ll still respect you enough to let you ride in him until he can find a way home.
Bt's files were also saved into the helmet relatively early on in the game, when you go to the part with the time jumps. He does this so he can communicate to you between times. My theory was that Jack would bring back BT himself by using the version saved in his helmet
also, BT's arm (the one that was ripped off by viper in his boss fight) appears in the background of a loading screen behind valk as he looks at viper's helmet

Titanfall 2 was one of my all time favorite games, the multiplayer was so smooth! And the customization was amazing it felt like new additions could only improve on what titanfall 1n2 started….

remember in the part of the campaign where you took the operation Grizzly wrist time device off Anderson, BT loaded part of his AI into jacks helmet to permit communication over time jumps.
In the fold explosion scene, if you look JUST before it explodes, you can see a small “Shrapnel” fly away. That could possibly be bt’s core (and maybe face plate as well)
Tbh it would be cooler in some season down the line, they put in the lore that rampart wasnt rebuilding bt's titan body but placing his AI in a MVRN, and so we get a second mvrn as a legend but make him more of an support class to fit the vangaurd aspect of him
It should be noted that BT’s consciousness CAN be separated from a Titan chassis. So whatever happens to his old body isn’t likely to be BT himself in personality
If we get titanfall 3 it would be sick if we could go to ramparts shop and modify BT. Maybe being able to mix and match abilities and weapons from different classes onto BT. Imagine a titan with Northstar jets, the ion rifle, scorch thermite bombs, and the ronin sword core. That would be badass

This makes sense because you can see his core go critical right before the fold weapon/ark exploded
If respawn doesn't bring BT back to the light I will build a fully functional vanguard class titan and level the respawn building to the ground

I didn't even know they were doing a Titanfall 3 until I found out they weren't doing it anymore.
If we get titanfall 3 it would be sick if we could go to ramparts shop and modify BT. Maybe being able to mix and match abilities and weapons from different classes onto BT. Imagine a titan with Northstar jets, the ion rifle, scorch thermite bombs, and the ronin sword core. That would be badass
If you look closely at the arc, you see something fly out before the rest, and me and my friend believes that's his sere kit
This just makes the cancelation of the single player worse knowing BT is sitting inside those crates.
If Rampart ever needs a rework or a new char gets introduced a Titan ultimate would be sick as hell
