This has been very true to me thru Jason Cammisi,Icon Series, and Jason's other Hagarty, series. Jason is up there with Chris Harris, but more entertaining, surpassing the guy that started the relaxed, I'm just like you driving a Sports Car. Everybody has Chris Harrisisms now a days. But Jason has his own twist that is his own.
I met Daigo years ago when he was competing at mondello in Ireland. I got him to autograph my admission ticket, thanked him and said wish I could have got him to sign part of my center console that James deane and others had signed but I didn't realise I would meet him so I didn't remove the plastic console and bring it with me, someone who was with him translated what I was saying and he took the time from what he was doing to walk to where I had my car parked and sign my console. Even though he was super quiet he just came across as a really nice guy and very humble. Definitely one of the best in the game if not the best.
Not a collab i expected, nor did i expect Hagerty to showcase anything related to Daigo, but nevertheless - A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one ♥️♥️♥️
Larry’s photo of Daigo riding the guardrail at The Wall in NJ was my background for years and my inspiration to shoot formula drift. This video hits home
It was absolutely epic to watch in person. Daigo showed up with a car that could easily keep up with any of the fast v8s, and drove aggressive as hell. If there was even the slightest gap, it'd get closed. The Soarer even sounded hungry as it did, like it was about to eat the other car for lunch. Robbie Nishida also has some cool history at Wall. Robbie flew in, borrowed a car (they were calling it the Sil Camino) and took 3rd for a podium finish. That was in the early days of FD.
Hagarty, grabs Larry Chen for a videos. Wow ,proof Hagarty is on the cutting edge of people enthusiasts ,follow ! Well done Hagarty and congratulations to Larry Master of the Lens of the enthusiast!
MINDBLOWING...........Like Robbie says, there is no competing if you want to collect this eclectic collection, Daigo is a visionary.........drifting an SC too........Unique and setting the bar higher!!
Absolutely insane.. Daigo is a mad man and I love every minute of it. The glass building with the 3 ferraris and that Beasutiful diablo is awesome. You don't see too many red Lamborghini's.
What are we going to do tonight Hagerty?!?! What we do every night Pinky... Try to take over the world... First, Jason Cammisa's Icons and Magnus Walker's The Big Thing. Now, Larry Chen's Capturing Car Culture... Is Hagerty putting together the '92 US Olympic Basketball team of car culture?! Thank God! Something amazing to drown out the continual message of "cars are dead"! Cars are not dead. We all will continue to preserve while we innovate. And the only way that anyone is going to take away my keys is to pry them from my cold dead hands. Keep this up Hagerty. You have found a winning formula.
4:50 that ZR1 looks worthy of a feature when it's done. I haven't seen many people do much with the LT5 other than the handfull of ZR1s that Callaway built.
Awesome to see Larry find a new home and see him branch out more and more from Hoonigan. Congratulations on all you success and taking control of your hard work and content.
Daigo is so cool! He builds incredible machines with so much persinality but he's such a reserved individual in front of the camera. Also, these are such incredible places lol
Funny when Larry said Daigo were the same with Vaughn G when it came to how much they have and own. Then they arrive to another place with more toys and Larry's jaw drops. Daigo is in a level of his own! Damn!
Well, couple of things: 1) Daigo is more American than 90% of current US generation 2) Seeing all Daigo's stuff in a country that basically owning a house size of a cubicle is an achievement absolutely speaks volume and is a testament to a hard work, passion and persistence to achieve goal. 3) There should be a warning put before the video starts that "your jaw could be shattered when hitting the floor"
Well actually japan countryside still got lot of open land, its only in big cities like tokyo that's crowede an packed as hell. The problem is when we think japan, we always think the big cities not the sub urban areas.
i got to meet Ken Nomura (Nomuken), the drift king Keiichi Tsuchiya along with a few others during my 25 years I lived in Japan and I would have loved to have met Mr. Daigo
This was the coolest garage/track I have ever seen!! It seems so unobtainable to achieve something like diago has, but I really hope to one day achieve my version of my own garage (and track? although unfathomable lol) this was truly inspiring, thank you for sharing!
I'll be honest, this video is hilarious. Robbie speaking about Daigo as if he is dead while hes just chill in in the back 😂😂😂
You sound 12
I almost didn't notice him standing there!
I honestly thought it was a cardboard cut out of him
Reminds me of Raj Koothrappali from the big bang theory
AHAHAHAHA
What Hagerty has been doing for car content online is almost unbelievable. Keep it up, amazing work!

They've especially been blowing it out of the water recently
It's all Larry..I had no idea this was Hagerty
Larry Chen is an amazing advocate for automotive enthusiasm. I'm glad you're working with him!

Larry Chen + Hagerty!!! Let’s gooooo!!
I appreciate the support!
What Daigo does and builds says volumes, whether he speaks words or not. His work and his vision is his language.
Damn I didn’t know Daigo had it like that. This man’s ambition is inspirational
Always great to see more Larry Chen content, keep up the great videos!
Lmao naah who cares

MINDBLOWING...........Like Robbie says, there is no competing if you want to collect this eclectic collection, Daigo is a visionary.........drifting an SC too........Unique and setting the bar higher!!
Thank you Larry and everyone who made this posible. Daigo is a legend
This is the longest drift car video I've watched with less than 30 seconds of cars drifting. Hands down the best one.
loudest of all quiet people.... fantastic place/fantastic style... perfection to dream about
Glad to see the jump from hoonigan. Keep up the great work Larry.

One of my favorite episodes Larry. I would have never believed this existed. Love how he barely said a word.
look up HENGS GARAGE, i promise you, you'll love it if you like this!
Larry is the Man behind the lens, Diago is the man behind the wheel, 2 Absolute legends & masters of their crafts
So rad seeing Larry and Dino hanging out! And congrats on the new sponsor, Larry! Well deserved.
This is truly impressive! Thank you for sharing this champion and his work.
Really loved this Larry and Hagerty.. Thanks for adding Larry guys, can't wait to see more ppl and stories! :D
When I saw the first few seconds of the video, I thought it was an upload on Larry's channel
Larry Chen, Daigo Saito, thank you 🙏🏽
I respect this man..he drives and he works on cars..that's is the perfect circle when it comes to loving cars
Awesome to see Larry find a new home and see him branch out more and more from Hoonigan. Congratulations on all you success and taking control of your hard work and content.
Im still trying to wrap my mind around this the collection, the driving skill, kudos to him 👏🏾
Super ! Hagerty is helping the world 🌍 to see the automotive culture! From Taiwan 🇹🇼
Daigo is so cool! He builds incredible machines with so much persinality but he's such a reserved individual in front of the camera. Also, these are such incredible places lol
Larry you raised the bar on this one and now I will pick my jaw off the ground!
An absolute king among kings.
Thank you Larry for bringing us along. Daigo is so next level. 🤘
Hell yeah larry, hell yea. Thank you for capturing all of this for us
Great! Very inspiring! Daigo achievement is a new motivation to me. Good content Larry. Thx
He is definitely the future legend. So glad i grow up watching him from d1gp 2006 season
Legend himself is a man of taste
Funny when Larry said Daigo were the same with Vaughn G when it came to how much they have and own. Then they arrive to another place with more toys and Larry's jaw drops. Daigo is in a level of his own! Damn!
Sick collection! Great stuff Larry!
What a legend. I love the series, Larry.
Love it Larry, so glad to see you spreading your visions and art work...Been following you for about 7-8yrs now and love your artistic eye.
This is one of the best car videos on the Tube....
This exactly the video I needed to see about Saito. Now just to go see him drifting!

@@ardijanuar2036 i missed the bit where they said they filmed this in the countryside.
Daigo and Larry is such a dope and chill collab. Nice work guys. Picked up a sub
i got to meet Ken Nomura (Nomuken), the drift king Keiichi Tsuchiya along with a few others during my 25 years I lived in Japan and I would have loved to have met Mr. Daigo
Mad mikes setup is pretty sick too.. you said Vaughn...
Best Collaboration EVER I’m excited for the content!!!
I love how Larry Chen is the face of Hagerty coverage! Go Larry!
Larry you are awesome! That 😀 and 👍🏼 at the end was priceless. AMAZING VIDEO AS WELL. Jaw dropping, literally
The drift scene is so sweet, chasing skills and technique instead of just numbers is a cool change of pace.
Thank you for the tour Larry, Daigo and Robbie. Its awesome to see and very inspiring. I hope we get the chance to see Daigo come back to FD soon.
Larry is the man! great show!
Larry you absolute legend, thank you! 🙌🙌🙌🙌
Larry is going from strength to strength 💪
Larry it's so cool to see Dino and the Speedhunters connection is still there.
I hope Daigo can come back to the states next year for the 23 Formula Drift season since the borders are open finally.
Ill never forget that reverse entry.
Wowowo Larry Chen on hagerty! More content coming soon!? Greatt!!!!!!

I think the most mind blowing thing to me is.. how do you just START something like this from day 1?!?! Diago is a legend
This is so cool. Live seeing people do well. And this guy thinks outside the box to another level
Amazing content… and it’s free! Thank you so much.
I've always loved his driving. But never looked into him. He really is the 🐐. Wow I'm mind blown.
I came for Larry Chen. I stayed for the Dragonball Z reference in the beginning of the video. Congrats on the Hagerty colab Larry 🫡
I saw Dino & Larry and had to double take what channel this was.
Amazing video! Thank you Larry for capturing his story, need to go and find more about him and his racing. Cheers!

Great position for his shop in Tokorozawa. So many enthusiasts and mountain roads the neighbouring Hanno and Chichibu areas
I'm a simple Man...I see Larry Chen and I watch!
This was the coolest garage/track I have ever seen!! It seems so unobtainable to achieve something like diago has, but I really hope to one day achieve my version of my own garage (and track? although unfathomable lol) this was truly inspiring, thank you for sharing!
Amazing amazing !!! Larry Chen is the best ! Diago is an inspiration!

I LOVE THIS MAN ! Truly was looking for this 🤙🏽
Awesome content for car lovers!!
Damn this goes hard. Hagerty, Larry Chen, Robbie Nishida, Daigo Saito and Dino Dalle Carbonare who used to work for Speedhunters the same as Larry.
DAMN LARRY!!! This is the Collab we've been waiting on 💪💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥
couldn't click on this video fast enough..All the yes.
His drift Murci is fire 🔥🔥🔥
Two Legend in 1 Frame
god bless you guys Dino & Larry 🔥🔥
Its no surprise that Daigo is cool and collective.
He has some really funny videos at his own channel, like mx-5 drifting with Kalle(WRX champ),
Wow! Jaw dropping collection and skill!
There’s a typo on the thumbnail, it is Daigo Not Diago
The trophies messed me up. That's JUST from FD USA? Puts things into perspective. Dude is literally a Legend of the sport.
just stuck on a shelf, covered in dust , in a obscure room full of parts... like "yeah, thats something i did, anyway...."
Larry I have been a huge fan of you for years! This is an amazing series! Looking forward for more content.
