Oh please the cognitive test is for people like the guy (played by Philip Bosco) in "The Savages" film. The test is 30 questions and designed to take 10 minutes. Questions include drawing a clock, copying a picture of a cube and identifying pictures of animals. The MoCA test was created by Canadian neurologist Dr. Ziad Nasreddine. So if that is what you are hanging your hat on for trump YOU might need a cognitive test.

If Biden could relieve his voters anxiety about his cognitive ability why not take the test? It wouldn’t take long. But he flat refused. Any one that could pass the test would take it if they weren’t worried about the results. Especially someone trying to get re-elected as president.
