Have you never heard of compression socks or tights before? This is essentially the same thing. And its hardly pseudo science. Athletes use them, people on their feet all day benefit from them, people with low blood pressure or Orthostatic Hypotension of POTS depend on them, and they help prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis when flying on a plane among probably a lot more things. It should be very, very simple to understand that circulation means improved blood flow = the things claimed by this therapy.

This is hardly just "compression will aid circulation". "we move your lymphatics around" - word salad "it's a really good detox therapy" - meaningless "we're moving things around and along" - vague "This will move things to lymphatic drainage points and after you go to the toilet you will expel the toxins" - medically unsubstantiated nonsense. "I'm going to put a chakra balancing treatment on you" - do I even need to comment? "It's picking up viruses in the immune system and liver" - And how on earth is it doing that, exactly? "I can see your pancreas is coming up" (on her magic chakra read-o-meter which is apparently related to this treatment? Or is it? Who knows? "Colonic will be helpful for your liver" - No, it really won't. Again, nonsense. *Recommends a bunch of foods for "detox", again, this term is medically meaningless. She then babbles for about 3 minutes about liver "detoxing" and basically none of it is related. And this is just from the first 10 minutes. Again, I LOVE Melissa's content and this practitioner is great in terms of relaxing, and I'm not bringing any of this up to attack her at all. But your defence here is that "this therapy only claims to improve circulation and that's not absurd." Sure, but almost nothing Star says throughout the video has anything to do with that. Just a lot of rambling about pseudoscience. Great for ASMR and relaxation, for sure, but nonsense all the same.
I have rheumatoid arthritis and believe it or not, putting pressure on joints help when I have flare or just bad day. 😅 sometimes something like this work for certain groups of people and sometimes not. Even if this is just power of suggestion - as long as it is beneficial… it’s good. 😊
Would love more foot massage therapy. I do them for my partner which he finds very relaxing and I am also relaxed by giving them. I love learning new techniques through relaxing videos like yours

It’s not just these videos, I was literally watching a video last week about how they make teddy bears and there was a comment from a member of the tin foil hat brigade, going on about COVID conspiracies. Unfortunately, I think those people are here to stay.
You know how sometimes you have to go and see a specialist? Star is the opposite, her cupboard must be full of thousands of different whacky contraptions that were supposedly miracle cures at some point in time!
I live in the UK so, as I mention in all of my videos and video descriptions, this is paid for by me in the hope that it helps people relax and I can make back the money from the treatment via ad sense 👍 (Especially as recently it’s more about what treatments people want to see as opposed to whether I need/want them!) It really saddens me that people aren’t making the correlation of the spike protein in the jab to the re-occurring COVID. Please read peer reviewed journals and look up notable virologists such as Dr Peter McCullough and you’d find that the jab was not all that it cracked out to be. 😔

Use commonsense to detox and heal and stop this test bs every 5 min cause you have a cold. A cold & flu means your body is run down and can’t fight infection. McCullough is a cardiologist not a virologist and reading up on him he spread so much misinformation on Covid that he went completely off the rails…
