In 1871 france was killing communist, and in french "to the wall" is "au mur" so this low voice saying au mur, saying it to the prisoners, that is going to be shot. (Sorry for bad english)

It is not. The Flag in the Video makes no sense, since it has a communist symbol and a fascist symbol in the center. The flag is also not from Kaiserreich.
