i want to asking some question…
is that possible an electric bass making sound like upright bass or acoustic bass? or we do need some effect for making sound like upright?

Hi Darren. My first bass teacher told me to make my bass sound more like an upright turn the "tone knob" all the way to the neck pickup. If you're bass only has one set of pickups then obviously this is not possible, but it did make it sound more like an upright. Hope this helps. :)
