Historic Otis Traction Elevators at Hotel Galvez in Galveston, TX with ttngidoc on the phone

This hotel is a TRUE BEAUTY! Even though the elevators were modernized, I still love the cab and everything! However, the service elevator used to be manually controlled, but it got modernized with Schindler 500A.

While they were modded with Adams, the Adams fixtures and the don't take away the character of these elevators. I think it has to do with the car-operating-panel being gold
