They literally stole this from Mad, it was a show on Cartoon Network based on the Mad magazine which had a short called Stark Tank which had Tony Stark, Bruce Wayne and Oliver Queen looking at pitches from other heroes who wanted them to invest in them.
Aw yes, Mephisto telling Ghost Rider "it's f*cking raw" while referring to Deadpool's head on a plate.

I really missed this "Marvel Super Heroes: What the--?!" series. At that time, most of the figures in the video were from the Toybiz era, but now seeing that most of them are from Hasbro makes me realize how much time has passed. It's very impressive that the Toybiz's Doctor Strange has been replaced by Hasbro's Doctor Strange, but the voice actor remains the same. And that Ultron... is the exact same Marvel Select one used to come out from before I saw Ultron back then from this series and bought Ultron from Marvel Select as my first Ultron figure, so it's really nice to see him again
