No no no... never rinse first, you are pushing sand and dirt all over the paint with 1200PSI... always foam first, let dwell for at least 3-5 minutes, rinse, foam again and do contact wash, lot less chance to mar and get swirls, and always use a lubricant to dry, SIO2 or Graphene.. spay on drying twist loop towel (like Gaunlet from Obsessed Garage), then spay a 2 or three sprays on each panel and dry to avoid scratching.

If anyone has an answer I would appreciate it - after cleaning the wheels should I be spending time fully drying the tire and rim before moving onto the rest of the wheels and eventually the start the wash , or just spray something like formula four spray wax for water spots then move on quick then just foam it up after
