if you go in the summer stay somewhere next to the sea, like Limassol or Larnaca. However visiting Nicosia (Lefkosia) is a must. Rent a car and do daily visit there. Everything is quite close. This video has a bit of everything and although it is in Greek you can get an idea of some places you would like to visit. Note that is was filmed in winter.
is there a bus or a metro than can take me from Larnaca to Nicosia ? or renting a car is the only option as we will be a big group of people like 8 person
there is a bus/coach service. I have use it and it is ok! However you need to check out where exactly are the stops. There is no Train/metro in Cyprus. Also check out some daily organized excursions that might me a good option since the can pick you up and drop you off at your hotel.
excellent foods although i only saw Greeks selling Turkish food no Authentic Greek foods on this video, but they did look very expertly made and delicious

john k you are correct sir many Turkish dishes are influenced by the surrounding cultures especially Greek and Persian with the exception of pork of course...having said that I love Turkish food its delicious❤
