I've been busy for some days and haven't seen Hollow's playthroughs since the end of Syndicate... Now I just suddenly have sooooo many videos to watch and all of them are my fav games. Hollow u are the best! Beyond Two Souls is such a great game.
I remember watching this when it first came out and then forgetting it was a game and thinking I made it all up in my head for a few years 😂. Such a good game that had originality. Also Elliot Page was stellar throughout all of it.

This game is truly incredible. I’m so happy to watch you experience this masterpiece for the first time. This, heavy rain, Detroit become human, until dawn. They are fantastically made. They would have made excellent movies or tv series but I’m so happy that they took video games in this decision based direction.
So…I have all of these games..the heavy rain/souls bundle, Detroit Becomes Human and Until Dawn .. Which one should I play first? Or rather, which one is your favorite? Or the best? And are they anything like The Quarry? I remember Heavy Rain getting mad love when it dropped but then I saw someone like Hollow play it some a year or two ago and it didn’t appear to age well. Is that also true? Or was it just me?
@@mattpenix8438 heavy rain is great as a mystery and twist ending. It’s got some action/dark parts and it starts off with an emotional story, to kickstart your love for the characters. I still think the game is great, captures a lot of emotion, but I also love true crime. So it really makes you have to investigate to put the entire picture together. I would suggest Detroit become human. It’s a very outside of the box game. It’ll touch your heart for sure. The music in it is also heart wrenching and I watch the music soundtracks here on RUclips from time to time when nothing else really hits the spot music wise. You grow really attached to all of the characters and get to see the effects of AI in a futuristic society from every different angle. The ending possibilities are also massive as there is three different protagonists with different story arcs that you’re playing at the same time, that all effect one another. I don’t own a PlayStation anymore so when I want to relive it real bad I’ll watch Dylanisintrouble play it 😂. Souls also has a very beautiful story to it. And as long as you don’t mind some mystery as to how she gets her power (sometimes it feels awful to wait but I promise the wait is worth it) the story is action packed and it’s very emotional. The main character goes through a lot of different phases and chapters in her life, With her senses helping her along the way. The ending is immaculate and when I played it for the first time I was crying my eyes out as I finished. Until dawn is a great horror survival game and there’s twists and turns all along the way. Very little decisions decide some pretty big factors into how it plays out. The story is twisted and dark, has a good amount of jump scares, and you will be guessing the whole time. But it’s along the same lines as heavy rain in some way. It’s truly a fantastic game but if what you’re looking for is something that blows your mind but also has a deeper message to it, I suggest Detroit become human every time. Let me also say though, you wont be disappointed with any of these games. It just depends on your mood that day, as to which game you want to dive into. But once you do, it’s hard not to play until it’s done. They all have a great way of keeping you on your toes and wanting to find out what happens next. they are all incredible and you chose a lot of good ones. I’ll have to check out the quarry cause I’ve never heard of it and I’ve been wanting another decision based game to dive into Sorry the response was so long ❤️ but I love all these games equally for very different reasons. all of it is exactly the same other than the soul splitting. Eleven merely has telekinesis and is able to go to a different dimension that pertain to souls or somewhere else entirely.
I bought this in a bundle with heavy rain, started with heavy rain and I loved it, then I played this game and I was blown away by the story and the game in general, it holds a special place in my heart, so to say 😅 And I enjoy the fact, that your play style is pretty similar to mine - checking out everything, every nook and cranny of games will be explored 😆

I think the reviews of this were garbage because it's less of a game and more of an interactive story... if that makes sense. Even so, it is a very VERY underrated story. I'm so glad I finally remembered what it was called so that I could watch another playthrough.

I would put money on the Duffer Bros having played Beyond Two Souls before writing Stranger Things. There are soooo many parallels between Jodie and Eleven...right up to the most recent season finale even.
Snow is not depressing at all!!! It’s beautiful and magical and you can do all kinds of fun stuff in it!!! I’m sure it’s probably depressing to people who don’t like the cold, but I love it and would always want you to live somewhere where we could experience 4 seasons!

I’m originally from the northeast. Snow is great the first couple snowfalls. But the winter drags and can be depressing. I’ve since moved to SoCal and while the weather is perfect year round, I do miss the beauty and quietness of a snowfall! It’s definitely something everyone should experience..
To answer your snow question, when I lived in Colorado and it snowed I never looked at it as depressing. I liked change in scenery it gave, the activities you could do when it did snow, and when in snowed in December it helped give me that Christmas feeling. That was a long time ago though so I don’t know if I’d feel the same about it now.
I love this game! Your actions have consequences and you really feel for Jodie and the people she meets on her journey. And I LOVE the snow and cold and couldnt imagine living in a place where it never snows. Favorite weather!

This was one of my favorite games on PS3 and I also have the PS4 remaster. The story was a lot deeper than I expected it to be. The game is also visually stunning and really immerses you into the story. One of the top dozen games on PS3 for sure!

Hollow, play Medal of Honor 2010. This game has possibly one of the best story lines I’ve ever played. Also considering the fact that the campaign is based on true story.

I live in colorado. I lived in Pagosa Springs for 4 years. We called it NARNIA. They got 47' snowfall each year cause it was on a 'banana belt' that just DUMPED snow... I LOVED IT!! I still love the snow living closer to Denver now, because NO ONE IS OUT when it snows...its not very cold most of the time you can hike in snow, with boots and a tank top...removing the jacket cause it's too hot

Quantity Dream games are extras but Beyond: Two Souls absolutely broke my heart. It is so so powerful. I’ve platinumed it on PS3 and PS4 which means getting all 28 endings. The non-chronological order is much more powerful as you aren’t fed the answers to the story.
Platinumed this game on ps3 and 4, one of the best games I've played in my 40 years of gaming. Bit of a grind to get the many, many endings but so worth it.
Love the game. Love the score - it makes it so intense. Played it about three times and enjoyed it everytime. Please, do a series. It´s fun to watch you play and I am curious what options and endings you will choose.
recently discovered you, and I love that you love games because of their stories!! Snow is wonderful, and as you said, the grass isn't greener on the other side of the fence. It depends on how you see it. Here in Norway, we spend a lot of time inside in wintertime. Mostly because it isn't really snow in the bigger cities. It's more ice and slush... It's the dark time, when we only have sunlight for 1-3 hours per day that we get depressed, but real snow is AMAZING!! I'm actually moving to Svalbard in about a month to study the arctic (snowy) climate. Snow is fun, and you should experience it once in your lifetime!
@Hollow Snow is a wonderous sight to behold, the purity, the sereness, and beauty. I'm a cold weather person, and I mover further north were is snows more often, its definitely more satisfying to have a blanket of white covering the land when the holidays come around, it's magical. Standing on a bluff deep into the forest when it snows is breathtaking.
I just beat this yesterday. I was very interested in it when I saw the trailer years ago. I never got around to playing it until a month ago. For a 9 year old PS3 game, the graphics are phenomenal. The game is amazing.

19:58 central Illinois here 👋🏻 yes it can be very depressing especially when you work from home now so it’s dark in the AM when you get up and then it’s freezing outside so you can’t do much out there. But snow itself is beautiful especially with the street lights hitting it at night it looks like glitter when it’s untouched.
Its not the snow that is depressing, its the lack of sunlight during the wintermonths. In Sweden at least thats a big problem, I know a lot of people, me included, that gets really depressed during that time.

I do t find the snow depressing at all. Especially having four wheelers, sledding, etc. Just gotta have the appropriate clothing and it makes the snowy weather a world of difference! It's quite beautiful ❤️

i played this game when it came out on ps3 but could not remember the name of it now i have ps4 and looked at the trophies i have gotten and came across this game as one of them. From what i can remember it was a extremely emotional game, excellent in all aspects. It just reaches for the heart and holds on tight.
I live right on the boarder of NY and Canada and I will tell you it is DEFINITELY depressing the snow isn't the issue it's the freezing temperatures you can't even enjoy playing in the snow cuz it's so cold most of the time and you don't want to drive anywhere cuz it's so dangerous so many people die just trying to get to work or school also I live in a small town and there isn't much for families to do indoors during the winter but if you want to do anything you have to spend quite a bit of money to have fun beaches and playgrounds aren't an option. Idk if you'll ever read this but if you do I definitely suggest a vacation up to the Adirondack mountains to enjoy the beautiful winter and fall views but for the sake of your mental health never move here! One day we will find a way to move out west, that's the dream anyway. Love your channel ❤

I live in colorado. I lived in Pagosa Springs for 4 years.
We called it NARNIA. They got 47' snowfall each year cause it was on a 'banana belt' that just DUMPED snow...
I LOVED IT!! I still love the snow living closer to Denver now, because NO ONE IS OUT when it snows...its not very cold most of the time you can hike in snow, with boots and a tank top...removing the jacket cause it's too hot

Quantity Dream games are extras but Beyond: Two Souls absolutely broke my heart. It is so so powerful. I’ve platinumed it on PS3 and PS4 which means getting all 28 endings. The non-chronological order is much more powerful as you aren’t fed the answers to the story.

Platinumed this game on ps3 and 4, one of the best games I've played in my 40 years of gaming. Bit of a grind to get the many, many endings but so worth it.
Love the game. Love the score - it makes it so intense. Played it about three times and enjoyed it everytime. Please, do a series. It´s fun to watch you play and I am curious what options and endings you will choose.

recently discovered you, and I love that you love games because of their stories!! Snow is wonderful, and as you said, the grass isn't greener on the other side of the fence. It depends on how you see it. Here in Norway, we spend a lot of time inside in wintertime. Mostly because it isn't really snow in the bigger cities. It's more ice and slush... It's the dark time, when we only have sunlight for 1-3 hours per day that we get depressed, but real snow is AMAZING!! I'm actually moving to Svalbard in about a month to study the arctic (snowy) climate. Snow is fun, and you should experience it once in your lifetime!

@Hollow Snow is a wonderous sight to behold, the purity, the sereness, and beauty. I'm a cold weather person, and I mover further north were is snows more often, its definitely more satisfying to have a blanket of white covering the land when the holidays come around, it's magical. Standing on a bluff deep into the forest when it snows is breathtaking.

I just beat this yesterday. I was very interested in it when I saw the trailer years ago. I never got around to playing it until a month ago. For a 9 year old PS3 game, the graphics are phenomenal. The game is amazing.

19:58 central Illinois here 👋🏻 yes it can be very depressing especially when you work from home now so it’s dark in the AM when you get up and then it’s freezing outside so you can’t do much out there. But snow itself is beautiful especially with the street lights hitting it at night it looks like glitter when it’s untouched.

Its not the snow that is depressing, its the lack of sunlight during the wintermonths. In Sweden at least thats a big problem, I know a lot of people, me included, that gets really depressed during that time.

I love the snow. I'm glad that we only get about 4 months of summer where I live. Snow is beautiful, calming, and just makes me smile. The clouds turn purple, and it's just something that fills ya with childlike excitement, it starts to snow, and it's wonderland. Uh, I can't wait for winter

i played this game when it came out on ps3 but could not remember the name of it now i have ps4 and looked at the trophies i have gotten and came across this game as one of them. From what i can remember it was a extremely emotional game, excellent in all aspects. It just reaches for the heart and holds on tight.

I live right on the boarder of NY and Canada and I will tell you it is DEFINITELY depressing the snow isn't the issue it's the freezing temperatures you can't even enjoy playing in the snow cuz it's so cold most of the time and you don't want to drive anywhere cuz it's so dangerous so many people die just trying to get to work or school also I live in a small town and there isn't much for families to do indoors during the winter but if you want to do anything you have to spend quite a bit of money to have fun beaches and playgrounds aren't an option. Idk if you'll ever read this but if you do I definitely suggest a vacation up to the Adirondack mountains to enjoy the beautiful winter and fall views but for the sake of your mental health never move here! One day we will find a way to move out west, that's the dream anyway. Love your channel ❤

Snow is not depressing!! I grew up in the snow in Alaska. It's just the dark that's depressing. When everything is covered in snow, thats the most beautiful thing in the whole world. Better than the best sunset.
