1h46m20 sec .. is the JP wearing a 'military jacket' over a T-shirt/ vest? How 'fluid' is the dress code for the lofty positions this high up in the Judiciary? What signal is being sent here?
Dress code doesn't determine how well you know the law. If you referring to Mlambo, his judgements and administration speak volumes
He does need to have a dress sense in such an important interview.
The EC division is an absolute mess & the DJP of the EC is disingenuous when he says the problems are resolved!
Judge D Unterhalter is a Pep Guardiola of the bench
I’m his days as Advocate he was a Lionel Messi of the Bar
But he failed recuse himself in the CC when he sat on a matter that was before him in the SCA...Pep doesn't make such mistakes
I am 30 mins in ... and the uncertainty of the answers and rambling of this first candidate, cause me not to have much confidence in the appointment process.
35 mins in ... constantly apologising!
56 min in ... candidate has not given citations to his reportable cases (except one) in seems ...
1h46 min in ... (to 1h 50 min 30 sec) JP asks about the JSC/ Motata Review. The candidate mentions its a "very important case" ... "politics" and "fear". It seems he is indicating that he was indicating that he was protecting someone or something?
By agreeing with the JSC decision on Motata (wrongfully as the SCA subsequently ruled); did this candidates over turned High Court Review ruling; not bring into effect an indirect (possibly unintended?) and undefended (non-procedural) and wrongful judgement against the falsely accused home owner?

Judge Hlaulela is failing to answer simple questions. These are the things that makes the public to lose confidence in the judiciary.
Judge from EC doesn't inspire confidence. If I have to give him marks out of 10, I will give him 1.5
Grilling or not grilling at expense of our tax .is the same after all the thuggish president can just take his friend or puppet 🤷🏾♂️this a banana republic 🤞🏽
