Hi I bought the one at your advertising. It is excellent. It has 16 new applications in it. I never have to pay a cable bill again the box. I’m using right now is the vsee box elite this is a excellent box. Keep the good work up. I also advertise this box on my RUclips channel too. My name is Scooter. Steve only problem is I tried to advertise with the movies on it and I got red flag for a month and now I’m back online again. I can only show just a small pictures, but I cannot open it up because the copyrights didn’t like me doing thatwhich I didn’t think there was anything wrong with it but I guess that’s how I have to do things now can you take care of this is scooter steve bye for now

That is something, they do not fully support since most stations are not been taken with CC. Some do have but it is embedded. And it is always changing.

I have a question my friend I live in Alberta Canada what box would you recommend that's better superbox or tang tv or the vsee box
To me all good, it depends on what you need to check our full review to know what comes with each. Then order one if it fits your need.
I've tried all three and have landed on VSee for one simple reason. It is the most consistent wrt down time/buffering/etc. It simply performs better.
For the first two weeks to access the box I would turn on the Samsung (using their remote. Then I would select the HOKE key on the V See remote to access the "App" page to select the Heat LIVE or Heat VOD. For whatever reason the V See remote NOW seems to disconnect once I turn off the TV (I leave the V See box on at all times). Now I have to remove the HDMI cable from the V See box and start the remote pairing all over again. Do you know how to fix this and get back to normal?
Normal remote that is part of the box is IR Remote too point to the box and use. Or get a Air mouse remote.
what box have Dolby surround sound ? or any surround sound
none of the android boxes have real Dolby digital sound since the license for it is too expensive. and ones that do support it they are tied to big companies and you can't do much with those boxes.
Is this box better than the Superbox Elite 3? I like sports, nfl and ufc the most. 7 day recording is a feature i think I will enjoy.

Love the box but I have 2 quick questions 1)can you attach an external 2TB hard drive to the box via USB 3 slot on box? And 2) can you install Express VPN on box? or is a VPN already installed? I did see a VPN button on the review-Thanks in advance for any help with this matter
The answer is yes, HD should be NTFS or eX-Fat and any VPN you want you can sideloadvor use playstore to get the app and login to your fav VPN.

I had this issue I was told from support it will support express vpn but it's not recommended to use it makes the box unstable. The content is provided on there servers so no need for a vpn. I would not use this to install other apps I don't know if the vpn is build in the box. If it is that would be great.

Few of the apps Netflix, ect will reinstall themselves. Guess to justify what it does?
@ManWithBigTittys I would suggest use those app on firestick or smartTV since you can get them in higher resolution.
This box has been a source of real frustration for me, particularly during major sports events. Dealing with the persistent buffering issue is becoming unbearable. I would welcome any help or advice.
This box have more then one app for sports, also contact support team. Let me know whatbthey said.
I bought this product straight from the company, and it's been nothing but a headache. It has had constant issues. When I reached out to their customer support, they simply vanished and started pointing fingers. Their one-year warranty? It's useless - they won't replace the item or even attempt to understand what's wrong with it.@@xctechs
It happens. Because to many people are all trying to stream at once during sports and the servers cant handle. That's my guess anyway
@streamone1183 your guess is correct, you can try VPN to fix this issue.
I have a Vsee box and rarely run into a problem watching UFC/WWE/boxing live events. When it does happen, I do one of two things: power down the box and restart OR switch my VPN to a different exotic country in a totally different time zone. It has never failed me.
How to change audio settings for example from watching English to Spanish???
The feeds for channels are direct and do not come with dual voice.
Where are these made? How safe are these to use when connected to WiFi??
of course china, if they are made in USA it would cost maybe $2000 without services. and it is pretty safe to connect to WIFI, everyone just scares you because no one now days buying big names.
Any word about Malware loaded onto the Vsee boxes as a whole. I keep seeing all these warnings about android boxes being preloaded but nothing about Vsee at all. I know the come from China as they all do...anyone have any info regarding this?
I don't see any problems, that ingo you hear is with Chinese phones in China that don't use Google os.

Superbox buffering is insane. Every sporting event....buffers and locks 40 times. No problem with anyother chanel. Sports sucks and that is about all I watch.
When freezing msg support I am sure they have a solution
